Planning a Luxury Bachelorette Party in Orlando?
Most people think an Orlando bachelorette has to involve theme parks, but this group did things differently. They hired us as their bachelorette party photographer for a luxury stay in the Windermere neighborhood in Orlando, Florida. Fourteen best friends flew in from the UK and Canada to meet up at a private mansion for the weekend.

Instead of hitting crowded bars, they kept the vibe chill and exclusive. They spent the evening in a covered outdoor area of the mansion with a private chef and a live DJ set. Having everything at the house is a great way to actually spend time with your friends without dealing with the usual logistics of a large group.

The group went all out with custom bucket hats and heart-shaped sunnies while popping champagne for the bride-to-be. Whether they were in front of the massive pink balloon arch or posing by the mansion’s grand entrance, the energy was perfect and the photos stayed true to color. As the bachelorette party photographer, I focused on making sure the shots looked as luxury as the party itself.

Booking a spot in the Windermere neighborhood in Orlando, Florida, gives you way more privacy than a resort. It let this group celebrate exactly how they wanted, from the custom decor to the private dinner. Bringing in a bachelorette party photographer allows everyone to just stay present and enjoy the moment while I handle all the photos.

The attention to detail was everywhere, especially with the accessories. While the bride wore a crisp white bucket hat to stand out, the rest of the squad rocked matching pink ones. Each hat featured a different embroidered cocktail, adding a fun, personal touch to their coordinated look. Aimee also wore a stunning custom veil embroidered with “Kevin & Aimee,” which made for some incredible close-ups.

We made sure to capture these details against the backdrop of the “Bride to Be” banner and the massive pink balloon arch that tied the whole theme together. For the big celebration moment, the girls popped bottles of pink champagne that matched the decor perfectly. Whether they were spraying it on the lawn for those classic high-energy action shots or lining up for a cinematic group photo in front of the mansion’s grand white pillars, the energy was through the roof.

The private chef was the perfect addition to the afternoon, serving a gourmet menu while a DJ played in the background. It took all the stress out of the “big dinner” logistics, letting the girls hang out in the covered outdoor area of the mansion without ever having to leave the property. This setup allowed for plenty of candid, unscripted moments that really showed the bond between this international group.
This was such a fun departure from our usual wedding schedule, and we are so glad we could be there to document it. If you’re planning your own celebration and want to ensure every detail is documented,
